A group of young people from SS. AA. Felipe y Santiago el Menor (Madrid), accompanied by Fr. José Hipólito, S. de J., and the team of catechists, have traveled to Rome for the Jubilee of Adolescents. They will also participate in the funeral Mass of Pope Francis.
Telemadrid interviewed the group before their trip (see from minute: 3:31):
The Jubilee of Adolescents is the first of its kind in history. From Friday, April 25 to Sunday, April 27, Rome expects to welcome more than 80,000 young people.
The most anticipated event on the program was the canonization of Blessed Carlo Acutis. However, the Holy See Press Office announced that, following the death of the Pope, the Rite of Canonization of Blessed Carlo Acutis, scheduled for April 27, 2025, has been suspended.
